I probably should have included that, according to the TPMS, pressure and temp didn't increase as much as the C rated tires did either. More safety margin. We're all about that.

Although on a Chevy 2500HD, I was getting the same circumstances. It was a poor ground on the trailer wiring itself. Redid the ground wires and haven't had the problem since.

Maybe our experience will help. We towed a 30' travel trailer with a 1500. Did it work for short trips, 2 hours or so driving, close to home? Yes, it did. Longer trips seemed to be more taxing on it....

Wasn't a fan of the grill that came with our Flagstaff so we replaced it with a Camco RV 5500 with a set of GrillGrates and a GrillGriddle. Very happy with it now!

I would love to be able to go up to a 15" rim. I would have to check it out to make sure it's possible. The only caveat I've seen for moving up to D range is to use metal valve stems.
