I would check with Longhorn Rv in Mineola, Texas. They sale Dynamax. We looked in the DFW area and ended up going back to Longhorn to purchase our Isata 3.

Thank you for your response. The furnace was off. It was the first thing we checked. We got it back today and looked. The vent does blow on the t-stat. We will adjust it and try again.

Isata 3 Heat Pump

We have a 2017 Isata 3 and have tried to use the heat pump. It was short cycling so after a few minutes we turned it off. It was 55 the day we tried to use it. Has anyone else had this problem?
