I have a '16 29HFS and both doors were falling off the tract. Took it back to the dealer twice and they replaced all of the hardware. Hasn't fell off since.

Thank you so much. The 29HFS is my first brand new TT and just like you said WW I was thinking I made a bad decision. I'm sure we will have many many years of enjoyment using our XLR!
