That is so true, I have 4 patents on the Case-IH Axial Flow Combine and the basic concept is identical, sieves, fan, elevators and threshing is exactly the same, just different style and packaging...

No doubt about it, one of his was a Farmall F20 converted from steel lug wheels to rubber tires in 1946/47 I think and then a Farmall Super M.

My grandpa used an old 4 way, a pc of pipe and just drove the tractor backwards to loosen the lugs. Dangerous as the devil, but he got 'er done!
