You should try to get 300 lbs back to the front axle this my get you under on your rear gawr. You then need to look at you tongue weight and see if you can get under you gvwr by reducing it. Just try...

Hazmat you are 280 lbs over your rear gawr spec 3800 lbs vs measured in last pick 4080lbs. And you are 80lbs over your gvwr.
