Yes we could move it it. I think it would still have connectivity issues because the door swings to a 45 (not sure the exact angle) and the ceiling is a 90 so it is always going to be on an angle....

As the title states.. I have two magnetic latches on my basement hatch. It does not perfectly align so only one barely catches. Looking for ideas to correct. I was thinking a wedge made of PVC board...
