Look at the basic lineup online for each service and decide.

There is a "Best of" modification to the basic plan that provides content from both flavors of radio. It is extra and not worth it...

If your car has an XM external radio then a "home kit" would work in your camper too.

From your post I assume both your vehicles has XM permenantly installed in the radios and can't be removed.

I figured it out

by trial and error.

I taped the settings to the radio so I could remember what setting was the TV output and what was the XM output.

They are two radios.

You can listen to one in the truck and your DW can listen to the one in the car at the same time.
