If you are not aware of the quantity of oil required for the 5.7 Hemi, check your owner's manual. I believe it is 7 quarts, but as I said, make certain because overfilling is as bad as not enough.

Synthetic oil can be recycled, thus may be cheaper. You can't go wrong with a good grade oil such as Mobile 1.
