Was that at the Oak Creek Campground? My wife's uncle owns part of that, and the Verona Winery near by. You should check out the winery, really neat place and they make some delicious wines.

I remember seeing something like that once. It was a dolly that went under the hitch that had its own set of wheels that I guess took away some of the hitch weight.
