A/C is crap in the 16s. So is central heat. I'd take your time and look at everything. Make them turn on the heat, a/c and run them till you are comfortable, check the waste and clean water storage tank sensors in the control panel. Make them either fill or empty the tanks and watch for differences in the level. If it has auto level take a level with you and make sure it is in fact level once it finishes leveling the unit. On the 16s you can adjust the sensor. If it has rained recently make them move the unit and watch for water coming from the hitch area. Flip every switch and see what it operates. Turn on every faucet both on city supply and on board pump supply. Inspect the tires carefully for dry rot, bubbles and remaining tread life. Get on the ROOF!!! Look at the seams and see if the self leveling caulk looks new. You are supposed to inspect that and redo it if necessary every 90 days. What else have I missed?????
