New 2015 Sandpiper 25rls

Thought I should introduce myself

DW and I picked up our new (never titled) 2015 Sandpiper 25rls on 3/30. We were planning on ordering this model over the winter but Forest River discontinued the model. After some looking at other various models we decided that we really wanted this model and found one in WV.
After extensive discussions with Hometown RV and lots of emailed pictures, we went down inspect and purchase.

Since its still new, we have the factory warranty and added the second year warranty for 250.

There is a long list of things we want/ need to do to camper to customize it for us:

add dual 6 volt batteries
install Battery disconnect
install EMS
replace converter
re run bedroom furnace vent to avoid pinching
spray paint floor vents black (brown is hideous)
re-caulk everything on outside (JIC)
wash and Wax (dreading this)
conditioning all the slide seals
replace caps on drain lines with Valves
add reading lights in bedroom
install towel racks/ TP holder in Bedroom and kitchen
in addition, DW's Honey to list is growing every time we walk in the camper

We were lucky enough to sell our Flagstaff 21FBRS to a couple who lives nearby and also camps in many of the same places we frequent.
