10 days in our new Salem Lite 26bh

In 6 days we are heading out on a 10 day adventure to Yellowstone. We just got our new trailer (upgraded from a tent camper) and have only been out on a 3 day trip and it seemed I could barely make everything fit for 3 days, how am I gonna do it for 10 days?? I am overall happy with the amount storage for the size and cost of our trailer but I just need to be inventive with what I bring for food. I did buy a small plastic 3 drawer dresser that will fit next to the kitchen for some additional storage. Does anyone have any good tips or ideas of what to bring for food and storage use??
