How do you attract people to view your thread? Label it "Bacon Beef Steak Rolls". That's how.

I make something similar to that....learned mine from friends of ours on Long Island: Flank Steak Pinwheels

Take a whole flank steak and tenderize it

Layer green onions, dry parsley, steak dry rub (I use Montreal Steak Seasoning), garlic powder and parmesan cheese.

Roll it up tightly and secure with string.

Marinate the entire roll over night in a mixture of Worcesteshire sauce and zesty Italian salad dressing chilled well.

Next day slice the roll in 1" sections and grill.

YUMMY X eleventy!

Another snack I make for party platters:

Thin sliced sandwich ham;
Mix chopped green onions and chopped black olives into a container of softened Philly cream cheese
Spread that mix on one side of each slice of ham and roll the slices up tight.
Let sit over night in fridge
Slice into 1/2" pinwheels
