Cajun can cooker

A metal coffee can or a type of can that size. Take a can opener with a point on it (looks like a bottle opener) and put 8 holes around bottom sealed part of can. Prepare a pork loin or small chicken with all your favorite seasoning and wrap with aluminum foil with the bottom side sealed where juice will not run out. Place 12 cubes of self lighting charcoal in the bottom of can and light and let them get started good. Then place foil with meat right on top of coals and let it cook until coals go out. Meat is so tender and good and there is no watching or turning meat. You can go do your thing for about 2 hours and when you return lunch is ready.
Good luck
