Love this thread!
This is what I typically drink while camping:
Costco Tequila (it's actually really good)
Tres Agave Margarita Mix. Now, this stuff is rather pricey but it is the BEST mixer, in my opinion. I can't stand the over-the-top-sugary margarita mixers. This has just the right blend of sugar and lime.

I pour out the mix into another container, pour tequila in to desired mark and pour the mix back in (70/30 does the trick quite nicely - that's 70% tequila - mama likes her drinks strong). Then I just take the ONE bottle of pre-mixed margaritas on board with ice and .....away we go!

My wife likes 4 ounces of lemonade, 2 ounces of ginger rail, 1 1/4 ounces Jim beam with honey, and a half ounce of blackberry Monin. Topped with a lemon slice and a large BlackBerry over ice.

To the rest of us there's the winter to develop our mixed drink portfolio we can share at the beginning of 2016 RV season.
Until then...

I know this thread is almost a year old, but I'd like to share two great summer evening sippin' drinks.

First is the Paloma, it's kinda like a margarita but made with grapefruit juice (or soda)
Fill a glass with ice
2oz tequila
1oz grapefruit juice
3/4oz lime juice
1/2oz simple syrup
1oz club soda

OR the easier way...

Fill a glass with ice
2oz Tequila
Squeeze and drop a lime wedge
top off with grapefruit soda (Squirt, Fresca, Jarritos)

Second drink is called Red Water:
Cranberry juice, 7-up, Vodka
Thats it, just play with the mix until you have the taste you want. Start with a 50/50 mix of the cranberry and 7-up then adjust each up or down to get the sweetness level you prefer.
Add in a couple OZs of vodka (I recommend Titos) and you are done.

Either of these drinks are very nice to sip in the evening after a 100 degree day.

Peach mules are great too!
Peach vodka, ginger beer, and a little lime.
A person could hurt themselves on those things!

Was introduced to this evening delight while camping last week...didn't have a name but it was "wicked good".
16oz beer glass
begin by crushing 2 slices of fresh picked cucumber in the bottom of the glass add ice then 2 1/2 oz of Hendrick gin ( must be Hendrick due to the botanicals) top off with Black Seal ginger beer add a cucumber spear. Sit back and enjoy.
The ingredients are now part of the TT's inventory...We leave tomorrow for a week at Normandy Farm, Foxboro, MA.
Happy Trails

I have a new favorite drink. Fill a glass with ice and then half Crown royal regal apple and half cranberry juice. Refreshing, sweet an smooth. You jus have to remember that they are smooth, not weak. They can sneak up on you if you are not careful.

My wife made gin and tonics our last trip. They are refreshing and super easy to make...

Pour 1 1/2 shots (or more&#128522 Bombay gin into a glass tumbler, add 3-4 ice cubes, squeeze a fresh lime wedge into the glass, and top off with tonic water.

Vodka infused with English cucumbers and mixed with blood orange liqueur over ice. Infuse the vodka yourself....it's better. (They serve this at Bonefish Grill) Yum!
