I have a passion for cooking. While I'm not a gourmet chef my excitement is knowing that my friends, family, and fellow campers are fed and full with the rustic artwork I have provided for the meal. I love cooking using various methods and currently I've been using my onboard LP system in my Tracer Air285. I have two ports at the back of my travel trailer for a low flow LP appliance. Aside from my camper grill which comes with the trailer and the two burner stove inside the outdoor kitchen, I have recently changed my Blackstone flat iron grill to my quick connect LP. I'm looking to add a smoker to my low flow LP system but striking out finding one. I'd also like to add a deep fryer or turkey fryer to my setup as well. Has anyone found one that works for a low flow LP system or can be converted?
I went through that phase last fall which was great. I ended up using cast iron all winter in my house. Better steaks on there than on my grill... in the summer I’m going to try the whole over the fire system. Season it well sir!
Everything almost.....including pizza.........goes into the Davy Crockett GMG smoker.
Have an indoor closed fryer for fish, fries, etc.
