A new Outdoor Dutch Oven group is forming and April 25, 2015 will be our first pitch in. We are meeting in Mooresville, IN (southwest of Indianapolis). There will be a demo on how to make a DO cheesecake. If you would like more information contact me darhike@prodigy.net.

I am told that the secret to good DO cheese cake is to put several wooden spoons between the lid the and pot to allow the cake to dry as it cooks.
