DavidBo, your breakfast plan sounds fantastic, especially the Kona Coffee and Portuguese Sausages. I was stationed on Oahu back in my Navy days, and developed a life-long fondness for Kona Coffee and Portuguese "anything". Then the Navy sent me to Vietnam - - - twice!!
Our " roughing it" days used to consist of dry camping with our little 1973 Chevy Surfer Van, a Coleman cooler, a folding table, some folding chairs, our 75-pound Samoyed, a Porta-Pottie, and a two-burner propane stove. Those days are long gone, replaced with a Cardinal 5th wheel and dozens of forever friends. "Roughing it" for us now means our RV Park only has 30-amp power connections!!
The memories and photos from those earlier days will be with us forever.
