Do you have to have a smoker for the prime rib? That looks very special.
Wouldn't mind knowing how to cook a prime rib on a grill rack.

It's a Lang 84 Deluxe, you can search it online. You can dook good prime in the oven or in a roaster. I actually prefer it from a roaster but these people wanted it cooked onsite with a little flash. This cooker will slow smoke or can be used to grill. Whatever I'm using I cook at about 275 for about 18-20 minutes per pound or until the meat thermometer says it's time.

Oakman lets just say when I am smoking or grilling I cook for about 20 as my friends find out the smoker is fired up. I think the DW has something to do with it.

For our 4 wheeling camping trip

My friends each wanted a smoked pork butt to make pulled pork sandwiches for our 4 day trip camping and 4 wheeling. Worked out good.

BACON,CHEDDAR OLD BAY WINGS
30-40 wing pieces
in ziplok bag, coat with equal mixture of old bay seasoning and any breading( i use "House Autry Medium Hot breading0
arrange in foil baking dish (i use 2 disposable Weber foil pans)
place several strips raw bacon on top of wings
place on warming rack of grill and close lid. (if placing directly on grill, you'll have to moniter cooking because wings will burn)
after approx 1/2 hr,move bacon and turn wings over
put bacon back on wings and cook for another 1/2 hr.
when bacon is crisp, remove and crumble into pieces.(leave wings on grill)
mix crumbled bacon with shredded sharp cheese in container
sprinkle bacon/cheese mixture over wings and cook just until cheese melts.
enjoy!
depending on temperature of grill, cooking times may have to be adjusted.
