Me too. Been on a platform in North Sea for over 2 weeks. Food sucks here.

It's actually the guts of the Zuchinni, Ritz crackers, grated cheese and garlic\herb seasoning. Super easy to make, boil the zuchinni for about 10 minutes, cut in half long ways, scraps the seeds\meat out until you have the skin with a little meat left, mix hot seeds\meat with ingredients above and stuff into skin, bake in over at 350 until the cheese melt and the top get golden brown. They are cruchy and delicious.

That brings back some memories for me. We used to use walleye cheeks. What a treat.

Burn ban here in Missouri, so no wood campfire to cook on. So I had to improvise this weekend.

Nothing like some good fried taters, peppers, and onions. All grown from the garden and fresh!

Second night it was some dutch oven cooking on coals.
Gotta love those layers of yumminess!!!

Some Dutch oven picts

One is a chicken recipie, it turned out real good.
The second is a apple crisp, fresh apples picked off our neighbors tree and done up in the dutch oven. I like to do something each time we go....

I do as little catering as possible. I have one job and don't need another one to screw up my hobby! We do some sanctioned competition BBQ cooking in the summer but it's still just a hobby.
