@turbo: that trout looked great! Haven't had trout in a long time. Hard to find in the stores here and can never seem to catch it.

This is prepared in layers. Quantities are flexible, adjust to your taste and number of people being served.

Start by frying sausage with onions and green bell peppers in the oven.(lid off)
Add layer of shredded style hashbrown potatoes. (lid on)
When taters are done add layer of scrambled eggs. (lid on with coals on lid)
When eggs are done add shredded mixed cheeses. (lid on with coals on lid)
Bake till cheese is thoroughly melted. (I like my cheese toasted!)

Ryand...those Atomic Buffalo Turds look great. They appear to be stuffed green (bell) peppers with a thick sliced bacon square on top. How close am I, and what did you stuff them with?
