Happy 4th weekend...what ya cookin?
Since our campsite was flooded out, we elected to "camp" at home with the neighbors. Threw on a brisket, 2 shoulders and some sausage. Sadly...the brisket was demolished and no finished product was evident. Happy b day America! Happy 4th of July!!! After bailing hay,
We made Brisket, jelopino cheese sausage, beans, pickled okra, pickled beets, rolls, salad, sweet Tea and some cold ones. NASCAR tonight to top it off here in Redneckviile. LOL Heading to Arkansas next week to camp.

I got out of cooking this weekend. Friday we went to a Cajun style seafood restaurant. Had some great crabs, crawfish, lobster, fried cheesecake and beignets. Yesterday we were at a party and had some pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, and tons of cake etc. Today I talked DH into ordering pizza and garlic knots for dinner. Man am I gonna need to work this weekend off in my kick boxing and martial arts classes!
