Instant Pot Recipes

I enjoy a good grilled meal or cooking over a fire but I have come to appreciate the ease and convenience of the I.P. while camping. I do all the cooking and usually the cleaning too. I really like prepping all my ingredients at home, bagging to take on our trip and just dumping into an IP to cook. Less time prepping and cleaning at the campsite. Some recipes are freezer "dump and go" so that I can store them in my freezer at home and then transfer them to the freezer in our trailer to take with us. The ability to have 2 or even 3 nights worth of meals already prepped out and ready to dump in the IP is a game changer. I would like to compile a list of recipes for everyone to share and for me to expand my IP menu. I will post a few I have used in the following pages. If you have a recipe to share, please add to the list!

Buy a bag of frozen meatballs and you have so many options including this delicious one. I serve it over rice.

Italian beef sandwiches, a 2 lb beef roast, jar of pepperoncini peppers, including the liquid, and a package of dry Italian salad dressing mix. Heat in the pot till meat is tender, shred and serve on hard rolls. Delicious..
