Question on Green Mountain Grill (GMG)

The GMG (Davey Crockett model) can be powered by plugging into a 120 volt outlet but I understand that it pulls up to 60 amps to get started. Since my TT is 30 amp, I assume that I cannot plug into the outlets in the camper. What about the 120 volt outlet at the campsite ?

It also runs with a 12 volt battery so I guess I can use the trailer battery to run the grill or even use my vehicle since it will also plug into the cigarette lighter.

Thoughts?

I have a Camp Chef pellet grill. (same thing) It doesn't any where near that much power. If it can indeed run on 12 volt okay... that would take 600 amps on 12 volt. Think about it.. you couldn't carry the cord.
