Looking good Turbs, I got 5 racks of baby back already in the freezer, I get them when they go on sale. Who knows how many racks I'll have for Nashville.....  How many can you smoke at onetime?....

Ya know... seeing "smoking" in the title must be a little like what crack people must go through. I KNOW it's Turbs.. I KNOW I'm gonna regret clicking it.. but just can't seem to stop myself!!
Now I'm gonna have the sweet scent of smokin pork rump wafting through my brain until I get me my own.

Us Iowa boys gotta stick together, which is why I feel like I should come do a taste test on that pork when its done. You know... for Quality Control purposes. :-)

Fareway grocery had them on sale for $1.99 a lb my good friend "the meat man" sold me 115 lbs for a $100.00 bill.
I have a full size upright freezer with a half a beef in it!
