I just know Turbs is going to go to RI to Jim's Rib Haven and pick TOWTA and me at least 4 slabs and bring them to Nville in exchange for me being such a nice guy!

I don't believe I'll bring my pellet smoker but will be bringing my new to me gas/ charcoal smoker.
The pit boss is not "real" portable.

I picked up a Green Mountain Davy Crocket pellet grill coming back from South Texas last week, It should fit in the basement of the 5r. I also bought the Daniel Boone pellet smoker for home use. I'm doing chicken for tonight. 5 racks of pork ribs in the freezer, but I'm saving them for another tine.

lookin good .. my first smoke for ribs is tomorrow ...
been doing bacon for the last couple of years during the winter on a "cold smoke" using a vertical propane ... works well but lots of monitoring at minus 20 ... the internal temp can never come above 132 F ...
the only thing im not successful yet is a beef brisket ... that my friend is very hard to master
d-mo ..
