Too soon to talk about Easter dinner?

I'm thinking low country boil or a Boston butt on the smoker...

We Always do a spiral sliced ham, German potato salad, asparagus, and a bunny cake that I make out of two round cakes. You take one round for the head and cut two ears off the other round, which leaves a bow tie shaped center for the bunny's tie. My mother started making them in the 70's and I have made them every year for my kids and grand kids. Real cute!

Low country boil

Low country boil is my vote. You may be able to suggest a better meal but how many would turn that down? IMHO....

Forgot, I just picked up a case of lobster slipper tails @ appr. 5oz for 40 for $200. Not cheap but fair as I do not live near big water.

We'll be in FL over Easter and will most likely do a ham on the smoker and a fresh catch on the grill. Looking forward to our winter escape.

I make that same bunny cake......LOL
(and a rocking horse, a butterfly, an elephant.....) my kids are now too old to appreciate those cakes anymore except for the bunny (my daughter requests the bunny cake whenever Easter falls on her birthday.)
