20' x 10' screened in add a room with full fold down/up privacy panels (3 zippered sections) ... Provides 200 sq ft more living space ... Handy for rainy days and keeps bugs out at night ... Slides on awning channel ... Used only one season ...
Can no longer use as it does not fit, sadly, awning on new 5th wheel ...
Paid $2000 plus tax ... Selling for $1000 ...

Sure wish that would fit on my unit. That is a great purchase you made. All that additional living space is a huge plus.

Thank you Vin ... Really wish it would fit our new awning ... I really miss being outside while being "inside" ... If you know what I mean ... On cooler nights, would drop down privacy sides, turn on a small heater and we were toasty ...
Add a room comes in three zippered sections ... So it can be made to fit an awning smaller than 20' ... 2 x 8' and 1 x 3' door section ...
