This pop up is a wonderful camper! It is in very good condition. It has a couple of features that you will not see on any other pop up. It has all the conveniences that a travel trailer has! We have loved this pop up and I have no doubt you will too! Because of the slide out you much more floor space than the pop ups that don't have. You don't feel like you are constantly standing on top of each other. The slide dinette is such a good feature. I loved eating our meals and being able to watch what was going on outside through the windows! It has a 3 burner propane stove that works great. It also has a hot water heater which means not having to heat water on the stove to wash your dishes. Just turn on your hot water from the sink and put it in your dish tubs and you are all set! It also has a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. I LOVED this feature especially if anyone needed to go in the middle of the night. I also LOVED being able to take a shower in my own bathroom and not have to use the showers in the camp grounds. When we bought the pop up it just had a curtain around the bathroom and it wasn't very private. So we built hard walls that you set up when you set the camper up and take down when you are popping the camper down so they are portable. They work great and it feels much more private. It also has heated mattresses on those cool nights. It has a brand new awning that has only been used once and we loved it! It has brand new tires that have only been used once. It comes with an extra storage rack on the back to haul extra camping equipment which is super handy. It has a clean title and was tagged in Oct. I've recovered all the cushions and re-done the curtains and valances. It comes with a refrigerator that works. It has an electric crank so all you have to do to raise the lid of the pop up is push a button, no more hand cranking! It comes with a wheel that fits on the front jack for easy maneuvering. The canvas is in good shape. It has a brand new battery. It pulls really well when traveling with it. I am also including some nice things that will go with the pop up. I bought last year another small refrigerator because we went on a little longer trips so I liked to have more fridge space. It will be going with the pop up. I also will be sending a microwave that works well with the pop up. I have hoses that are for the shower drain that you can put in a sewer hook up at the camp ground if you would like which was nice and they will be going with the pop up, plus some shelves. Also one of the coolest extra that will be included are the pop up gizmos. They help make the camper cooler in the summer and warmer in cooler temps. You will LOVE them!! We are asking $6,000.
