Included with the Motorhome is 2 Night Stay at Boyd's Key West Campground! We will deliver the RV to Boyd's, have the Motorhome ready for your arrival plugged in & setup, with a Full Tank of Gas, Propane, A Cold A/C & Refrigerator Ready to GO! (Depending on Availability, Vacancy Not Guaranteed, Not Cash Redeemable, Extra Charges Imposed by Campground Not Included).
We upgraded/Updated the Stereo, Speakers, TV, Faucets and Toilet to our liking. The bathroom is a split design/layout, the shower is seperate from the toilet (bathroom).
We added an additional Flat Screen Smart TV on a swivel mount, which can be connected to Wifi (via any RV parks Wifi Network, or your own Wifi Hotspot) for Digital Streaming such as Netflix & Hulu. The TV can also be connected to the RV's A/V System to be connected to Cable Television.
The RV has very Low Miles, and hardly any hours on the generator. We recently had the Generator serviced and it's oil changed. The tires were replaced a little over a year ago. The Generator and the Motorhome are both Gasoline powered, running off the same tank. The Fuel Tank has a 75 Gallon Capacity. The RV has a 40 gallon Black water tank, and a 40 gallon fresh water tank. The refrigerator & freezer furnace can be powered using either the propane or electrical system. The furnace & water heater are propane powered. The Kitchen is equipped with a propane Stovetop/Oven, as well as a Microwave. The Motorhome has interior mounted Central Control System for monitoring your water & propane levels, as well as operating your power slide outs.
This unit has a Tow Kit, which includes Hitch & Tow Guard to protect your Tow Vehicle, and Black and White Back Up Camera. Perfect for towing a Dolly or Flat Bed Trailer. There is plenty of storage both inside and out for Long Journeys with the family.
Each slide out has awning toppers to keep the rain from standing on top of your slide outs, which is great extra feature!
The RV is in great condition for it's age. The Vinyl decals do show age. There are only two mechanical issues with the RV that we are aware of, the driver side windshield wiper arm gear has most likely been striped. The motor works but the arm doesn't move after one pass. And the other issue is with the retractable steps, the gear there also seems to have a problem. The steps stick between opening and retracing. With a little nudge they work fine, again the motor works fine it's most likely a chipped tooth in one of the gears.
The Motorhome is being sold "AS IS", with No Warranty or Guarantee as to the Motorhome's condition.
