We purchased this as an entry level unit to determine if RVing was for us.
After about 5000 miles and 8 weeks on the road we have decided to move up to a larger Diesel Pusher.
This Motorhome is a 2008, 38 foot Georgetown 373 DS on a Ford F53 chassis.
31,865 miles on it. It is fully winterized and ready for winter storage. Ready to go for next season. Just flush the water lines and go.
It has spent most of its life under cover. Full body paint is in excellent condition. I would grade the exterior at 9 out of 10.
Interior is a 7-8 out of 10. The furniture couch, driver and passenger chairs are covered in “ultraleather”, the drivers seat as well as couch are peeling. The couch is a hide a bed with regular size bed.
I think I am only the 3rd owner.
Never smoked in.
The unit has 2 large slide, Lippert hydraulic jacks with auto level, 2 large power awnings one with remote control. Plenty of Storage. 1 spare tire, dual pane windows. The front passenger and drivers side windows have some fogging but no vision restriction.
2 AC units and a propane furnace.
Roof was fully resealed in 2018.
Ford V-10 engine, King bed. Arctic pak for winter ops. 22.5 inch aluminum wheels, tires dated 2016. 2 new house batteries, new chassis battery. Roadmaster steering stabilizer. Plumbed and wired for washer and dryer.
Hitch receiver and wiring for trailer/toad.
2 rear cameras, side cameras and front camera.
3 Televisions, DVD player and premium speakers.
Everything works. It has a clear South Carolina Title.
I will
consider delivering the unit for cost plus within 300 miles of Greenville SC
