I'm looking for a 2009-2011 Forest River Rockwood Roo 23SS. Just my wife and I looking for a clean well cared for trailer. Non smoker, no leaks, etc... We are located in Utah. We are both Elementary School teachers on a budget. We would love to spend summers enjoying the mountains. The big slide on this trailer is a must.

We are selling our 2014 Roo as we are going full-time into a fiver. It is immaculate inside and out. We upgraded the ac, had the cherry wood added to the fridge front, leaving bedding, towels, cookware, electric hitch, heavy duty anti-sway hitch, high wind Pugs, upgraded Omni antenna...if you are interested in hearing more, please let us know.
Sleeping areas are obviously cooler than the rest of the camper when fall camping but the gizmos and reflectix in the windows help. They also help in the heat. We use ceramic heaters mostly so just point them towards the beds and set the propane as a backup. No wind got in if not wanted. I would keep the end window unzipped about 4" and the bathroom fan on low to stop condensation from happening.
We love the style. We have 2 daughters so wanted 2 sleeping areas but not another bunk so opted for the sofa. It works great. Nothing about the layout was bad.
