Hello everyone. I'm currently selling my 2009 Cedar Creek 36L5S LE. I purchased it brand new from a dealer in Ohio. My boys are now 10 and 7 and as they are getting older so is their travel gear. I'm currently in the market for a Toy Hauler so I'm selling our current camper. I have it listed locally on Craigslist as well -

The camper is in great shape as we only get out camping approximately 4-6 times a year and the majority of our camping trips are within 100 miles from home. I only had 1 warranty issue that needed addressing and that was a bad cable splitter behind the living room entertainment center.
Besides the standard and LE options I also added a second 13.5 AC unit to the master bedroom. It also has the wireless FOB option for power slide outs/power jacks/lights/power awning.
The awning motor was replaced last year as it was getting weak and I didn't want to deal with it dying on me while we were camping.

I'm asking $34,999. I paid close to 50k before adding the above options.
