For sale is a 2010 Forest River Work & Play camper and toy hauler.

I just purchased this camper this spring from South Dakota.

Camper was tipped over on it's way home from the dealer in a snow storm just a few miles from the dealership back in 2011 and has been sitting since. Was finally released from insurance this year.
Because it happened in snow it had a soft landing and these trailers are built so tough damage was VERY minimal. Title is previous salvage and currently licensed.

On the outside it just broke the rear window and scratched the top corner panel which i polished. Inside only needed a couple panels. There are a few nicks and scratches inside the living area and one small unnoticeable hole in a cupboard door.

I was the first person to ever use this camper! I've always wanted this exact camper and finally got lucky enough to find one since this model is hard to find. I love it but thinking of getting an rv instead.
If I don't get my asking price then i have no problem keeping it.

A 3/4 ton truck pulls it down the highway at 70 with ease, i was very impressed with how nice it is to pull and take corners.

2 brand new sway controllers and pro series load distributor hitch are included. LP tanks are not mine so they are not included.

I installed a brand new marine battery and disconnect switch along with an electric 3500lbs jack.

I've tested everything which all worked perfect of course since it's all new yet.

These work & play trailers are built nothing like other cheap campers. Walls are made with solid 1 1/2" laminated veneer lumber and a resin gel coat, a one piece aluminum roof with stainless steel trusses, and all built on a heavy duty car hauler frame.

Can carry up to 5000 lbs in the back! Under the carpet is a bedliner sprayed floor with tie downs and mounting plates for the included tire loops to haul motorcycles.

Cargo area measures 8' 4" wide and 10' 7" long
