Hating to write this.. After two years of Roo ownership, we find we just aren't getting out there enough and we don't know anyone else that camps. Camping alone is lonely!!

We are selling our 2011 Roo 21ss - fully loaded- used a handful of times, it truly is like new. Non smokers, no pets have been inside, no damage anywhere.

Power jack, awnings, everything is immaculate. Asking $19,200 or best offer. Located in Quakertown, Pennsylvania and looking for a quick sale.

Just wanted to clarify - This price is OR best offer - NADA lists this as Lo retail $18,110 and average at $21,835. ( which is why it is priced right ibn the middle) I am entertaining offers - We have a lot of extras - However, it is in Like new condition - Comes with a 5 year transferable warranty of which there are still 3 years left.

Roofie, i think you're not using the NADA values correctly, to come up with your prices.

right now, you could buy a brand new 2013/2014 21SS from RVW or RVDirect, for about the price you're asking for. or maybe less.
and you're located very close to both places.

just giving you some insight into what these are selling for.
you might want to request a quote for a similar equipped 21SS, to see what they would sell a new one for and use that to price your 21SS.
because members here are very savvy and know that RVW and RVDirect have some of the best prices in the country, on the Roo.
