2011 Rockwood Roo 233s for sale -- like new condition. Asking $15,500

One owner, only used a few times. She has 3 bunks, slide out dinette area, tons of storage and features:

CHEERY WOOD INTERIOR • NIGHT SHADES/CURTAINS • GAS OVEN • FRIDGE w/FREEZER • RAISED PANEL REFER FRONTS • TINTED SAFETY GLASS WINDOWS • MICROWAVE OVEN • TV ANTENNA • ROOF A/C (DUCTED) • GAS ELECTRIC HOT WATER HEATER, • OUTSIDE SPEAKERS • POWER AWNING • SPARE TIRE CARRIER & COVER • OUTSIDE GRILL • HEATED MATTRESS (3) • CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR • WATER FLITER • CREATE-A-BREEZE BATH ROOF VENT.

In addition, I have added several mods:
- Storm windows for the door
- Shower improvements (enclosure, handled shower head)
- Black water flush system
- Sewer pipe storage
- Winterization by pass
- Shelving in storage cabinets

All sewer, power connectors, water connectors, hitch/receiver are included. This trailer is awesome; we just do not have the time to use her.

Gorgeous little trailer; good luck on selling it! While not in the market for a trailer, may I ask you about that holding bin for all your sewer stuff under your trailer? Did it come with it or did you make it? What a great idea; I may do it myself or buy it if I can find out about it. Thanks!

It's a pretty common mod and easy to do (aka- if I can do it, any one can!):

We're a repetitive bunch.

Correct...I did build it based on some of the info in the threads listed above.....the biggest challenge was mounting it. I bolted some angle aluminum to existing holes in the frame and then used band clamps to attach the fence post to the angle aluminum. One of the most useful mods.

I notice you posted this back in April. Do you still have the 233s for sale? We're very interested at the reduced $14k price. Scott.
