2012 Rockwood MiniLite 2109S
Due to husband's disability, we find it necessary to sell our MiniLite. We've had 3 great years with it, but advancing age and infirmity forces this sale.
The MiniLite is loaded with features - power awning, power front jack, 3 burner cook top with oven, microwave, entertainment system, slide awning, heated mattress, countertop extension, wood panels on outside fridge and freezer doors, outside shower, propane heater and AC, fantastic fan. The entertainment system is 22 inch TV, surround sound, TV booster for local reception, satellite/cable hook ups. Includes WDH. Clean, never smoked in and no travelling pets.
Price is $13,000 firm. (Dealer where we purchased has this model currently listed for approx. $19,700.)

3446 - Short queenbed
3457 - 22" tv and entertainment center (DVDs & CD + other stuff we don't use)
3612 - jack knife sofa

3809 - Silverware/utensil drawer, heater below (there is a thermostat in the trailer for the heater
3825 - cabinet under store
3833 - cabinet (large door on left), fold out for dish stuff (above 2 drawers), 2 lower drawers
3853 - coat closet on left, 2-door refrigerator on right. Upper door is for freezer area, lower door for fridge
3903 - bathroom with shower

And the last 4 photos of the MiniLite
Here are the last of what I took this evening.....
3915 - bathroom medicine cabinet & sink (toilet paperholder is installed on the inside of the sink cabinet)
3954 - bottle holder for shower on hooks (lower set of 2)
3959 - 2 upper hooks holding shower squeegee - can swap squeegee and bottle holder from lower hooks
4008 - skylight in shower (nothing like showering under the stars - without bugs!
