Great lightweight unit that sets up easily and is loaded with the following feature:

Queen bed with heated mattress
Inside table folds down into additional mattress
Sleeps total of 4
Plus all of my camping equipment - Dish Tailgator satellite, coleman stove, 10x10 canopy, camp rug, exterior propane heater, camp table, lanterns, shower tent, port-a-potty, cooking dishes and plates. Everything and then some of camping equipment, over $1000 worth.
This unit is in MINT condition. It has always been stored in garage and still has that new camper smell. The only reason I am selling is because I bought a Condo at Lake Texoma.
I store it at Lake Texoma. I will set it up and show you everything!!!
