I bought this 36CKTS in march and now i'm PCS'ing overseas so can't take it wtih me. I purchased it brand new and is top of the line. Some features are leather furniture, 3 slides, large electric awning, 6 point hydraulic auto level unit, stainless steel residential appliances, tons of storage, queen bed, full size shower, trail air ride king pin, dual a/c, two flat screen tv's, blue ray dvd player. Too many options to list you can see all the specs on the forest river website. Also have diesel generator can sell and if you need a truck we can work something out for the truck I have in the pic. Does have a little bit of damage on the back end that won't be that much to repair. So get a pretty much brand new unit for a fraction of the cost. $57,000 is the lowest I can go but possible work out where you take over payments, retail of over $71,000 and MSRP $81,000.
