For Sale: 2015 Rockwood 2703WS Emerald

As much as I hate to, we are selling our 2015 Rockwood 2703WS. We have used it about 6 times but due to a change in family commitments we are not using it as much as planned, I don't want the trailer to sit around so it's time to sell. It has the emerald package with tan fiberglass sides. When we ordered we selected cherry cabinets and an upgraded 15,000 btu Air conditioning unit. We also have the leather couch option and an electric trailer jack. The tags are still on the couch. It has three slide outs one of which is a wardrobe slide in the bedroom. The list price was over $30,000.00 a short time ago so we would be willing to accept $22,500.00 The trailer is located in Upstate NY near Rochester. Serious inquiries send PM
