It is complete with direction booklet, storage bag, like new. Have not used-just set up once in the driveway-you will need to purchase a little more Velcro because we had to use it to try it out.
Bought for husband's birthday. Decided we didn't need it because we only take short trips (2-3 days) or leave the camper as guest space at our cabin in the mountains.
Really is nice. When we were camping more would have loved to have that screen room.
