K/M Resort Membership - Charter with access to 10 parks (most gated). Buyer pays transfer fee and carries on with annual dues. The transfer fee is $350 USD as long as the buyer did not go through one of their presentations. New memberships are now $6,000 to $11,000. Annual dues are $435 USD.

Access to RV, tenting and cabins (pay extra for use of cabins).
Can stay at any park for 14 consecutive nights and wait 7 days before going on to next park. Can reserve up to 60 days in advance. If stay is under 4 days do not have to wait 7 days before next stay. Access to Coast to Coast and RPI Preferred Access Gold. This membership has no limit to how many times it can be willed, transferred or sold.
Beachwood in Birch Bay with 250 FHU sites, is very close to the Canada/US border and easy to get to. It has three swimming pools, sauna, adult only clubhouse, youth clubhouse, exercise room, spa, tennis court, horseshoe pits, general store, etc. and is walking distance to the beach. It is borders the Birch Bay state park and is around 15 minutes to Bellingham.
Washington parks are:
Travel Inn, Ocean Mist, Ocean Mist, Diamond Point, Old American, Columbia Shores, Maple Grove Resort, Beachwood, Ponderosa Falls
The Oregon park is Neskowin Creek - near Pacific Shores on the coast. Most Charter contracts will not have this.
We've recently purchased a top of the line Thousand Trails membership so that we can travel farther afield without having to pay the full going rates for campgrounds. We've had our KM membership for 4 years and have enjoyed it and have been to all of their parks.
