Conditions = It's in Great condition, only used for local campgrounds, one trip to Zion. it only has 5828 miles and we bought it new with 2300 miles so that gives you an idea how little it has been driven.
The Generator has under 200 hours of use, well maintained.
furniture is intact, full shower, I have seats covers to protect the driver & pass seats. drives superb after I've installed the Safe T plus steering stabilizer, also I installed the BlueOx anti-sway system and I have done the CHF on it as well so it's ready with all the mods. I installed the Maxi-air for both the Fantastic Fan and the bathroom fan (vents). Good tires, I purchased an RV cover as well. TV's in both bunk beds, they come with the DVD combo so kids can watch movies at their leasure (or yours). TV in bedroom and living room, residential Fridge (better than my Home fridge), My DW runs a tight ship so it's super clean. LED reading lights above the sofa and LED lights other places (bunk bends, under the cabinets, etc) for night, lots of drawers in bedroom and over the bed for storage, his and hers closet.
Too many amenities to mention.

Super Happy with this coach - it took us a while to decide to sell it.
we don't smoke, no pets, Kids are happy during travel. In just a few minutes to set up at camp just pushing buttons

Coach is available, We are selling because I changed jobs and have been traveling for quite a bit within the last year. We haven't taken the coach out anywhere other than the normal monthly start ups, genie runs and a quick trip around the block. It's in excellent condition....Only 5828 miles so you can get the idea. I just wished i had more time to take it out and enjoy it.
