Considering what I have been offered for a trade-in value, I have to ask $20,000. This trailer has several upgrades plus about $1000 worth of items I have added.
The sticker on the trailer says the dry weight is 6000 lbs. and GVWR is 7790 lbs.
I also forgot to mention that I am located in Barron, WI.

The following is a more complete description of this unit.
This toy hauler has been gently used by an older couple and looks like new. No children, no pets, no smoking and never on salty roads. Everything works and is in excellent condition. All graphics are in perfect condition. It will haul a Gold Wing and two weeks of provisions with no problems at all. Toy tie down area is 15' long with the dinette area measuring 7' wide and the kitchen area measuring 5' wide. The upgraded side walls are fiberglass gel coat which won't dent in a hail storm like the aluminum siding does and cleans up easily. The walkable roof is EPDM rubber covered and the floor is 5/8" tongue and groove plywood. The electrical is 30 amp and two 25'-30 amp cords are included. Dry weight is 6000 lbs. GVWR 7790 lbs. This is 1/2 ton towable. Included is a 1000/10000 lb. Equalizer brand hitch with sway control for your vehicle. It has an upgraded 15000 BTU high efficiency A/C, upgraded 30,000 BTU ducted gas furnace (this furnace has very little running time as this unit is very well insulated with foam and aluminum frame constructed side walls), 2 door-6 Cu. Ft. gas/electric refrigerator/freezer, 6 gal. gas/electric water DSI heater (can use both gas and electric at same time for faster recovery, although one or the other has always been sufficient), 3-burner gas range, entertainment unit w/4 speakers inside and 2 speakers outside (TV, AM, FM, Weather, SD card, USB port, audio port, DVD player), TV hook ups in the dining area, bedroom and outside under awning, 15' self-dumping electric awning, dual 20 lb. LP tanks w/hard cover, a LP quick disconnect for a gas grill, 12V deep cycle battery in case, electric hitch jack, electric rear stabilizer jack, 4-5000 lb. scissor jacks, 3000 lb. rated rear aluminum door, lighting over rear door, 35 gal. gas station with auto shut-off & gauge, 105 gal. water tank, 45 gal. gray water tank, 45 gal. black water tank w/sani flush, 12V water pump, winterizing kit (makes winterizing so easy), 3 roof vents w/powered vent in bathroom, skylight in shower, Convection/microwave oven, 10-2500 lb. rated flush D-rings for the toys, 3 slide-by windows, 2 push-out windows for fire escape, full screen for rear door, added LED strip tail lights, spare tire and much more. Even though this unit has worked out very well for us, we are motivated to sell, as we are looking into buying a larger unit for those extended multi-state excursions when we retire in the near future. The larger unit is the reason for our purchase of the 1 ton truck.
