Excellent condition. Everything works as new, nothing broken or torn, no smoking, no kids, no dogs. Front tent end and mattress replaced in Spring of 2017. All warranty service performed at factory in Indiana. Just came off 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. Transferable 7 year extended warranty on mechanical components included. Sleeps 6-8 on front and rear fold out queen beds with heated mattresses, fold out queen sleeper sofa and fold down dinette that will sleep one adult or a couple of kids.
