This is what I found on the Winegard Site. You should call them to make sure.

RD-4600 - Canadian Compatible?
Question: We have an RD-4600. Will our Canadian receiver work with the U.S. dish?

Tech Tip: The RD-4600 will work with Bell as we make it, but needs some modification for Star Choice.

Bell and Dish use the same gear so it should work.

Ya i checked into it and looks like it would work. Just a little to expensive for me yet. I live in Canada so shipping wouldn't be cheap. I almost would rather get the on with the automatic signal finder to.

I understand the extra expense to Canada.
FYI the extra $100 for the meter that they sell you can buy one for $8 US online but it won't be wall mounted like they have.
