2022 Clipper 9.0 Bad Quality Construction

Is incredible that after the pandemic the constructions of the new RV change for bad. The quality of the material it don't compared to the previous RV's. We buyed a new 2022 Clipper 9.0 and we have to change the scissor jacks because they were so cheap. The shocks base that support the roof we have to remove then and place a steel plack because the screws slip from the roof. To add the chasis steel crossmembers had a realy thin gauge and we han to reinforce them.

I agree on the poor build quality, it's really hit or miss, some things are really shoddy on our 2022 Clipper/Viking 12.0. I'll have to look at where the roof shocks attach, they used lots of cheap self-tapping screws elsewhere.

Can you elaborate more about the stabilizer jacks, did they fail or were just really wiggly?

They look really wiggly. The material use was really soft. I had two opcion change the jack or provide additional support which we did. Buy a kit on amazon and work really well.
