I bought a new 2013 Coachman Mirada from a dealer in Mesa, AZ and 6 months later the kitchen counter warped because of a leaky faucet. The dealer ordered the counter top and then quit business in Arizona. My part went to California. Then the whole company quit business. No part. I called FR corporate and they told me find a authorized service center and they will ship the counter top to them. They did and I was fixed at no charge. Never had a problem with Coachman/Forest River. In fact they went out of their way to help. The problem was with the selling dealer. BTW...that is the only repair needed so far on my Mirada. Love it!
I'm having a similar positive experience with Forest River. I own a 2016 Coachmen Orion and I discovered some bubbling in my wallpaper below one of the coach windows. Contacted the company and even though my warranty is expired they are going to make all repairs at no charge. They'll also be fixing a couple of other minor issues, at no cost to me. I appreciate them stepping up and standing behind their product. Ron Ross has been extremely helpful...
