Hope I’m putting this in the right place.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Jay at D&W Inc. This company makes quite a few things for RV’s but most notably is the Spray away Port and Spray Away faucet. I have a faucet with the quick disconnect for hose to plug in to in the dock station. I also have just the port. I had some problems with the faucet. I called and spoke to Jay twice about my issues. On the first call he helped me get one of the problems fixed. While on our next trip another problem came up. I called Jay again and described to him what was going on. We talked about a few things that could be going on. Then he said “What if I just send you a new one to eliminate all the guess work”. Are you kidding me. Wow, I was amazed that he would do that. Well I received the new one a few days ago. I switched it out and now it’s golden. I am so blessed to know some people do care enough about their products and the clients to do that. Now I’m not saying he would do that for everyone but I’m thankful he did it for me. I told him I would try to push their name and what he did for me.
