Welcome to the forum from the Space Coast of Florida..
If you haven’t removed the 300 from your RV it is best to carry a large trash bag to place it in. Do not tip it as the nasty water will spill out.
310 a direct replacement and a good selection. If your RV has the room I prefer the 320 but it need more room.
